Our clients came to us facing enforcement action from the Local Authority having begun construction prior to discharging the conditions of their planning approval.

We spent the next 6 months developing their architect's drawings to no avail, and a further 4 months working on a revised scheme before a satisfactory design was approved.

Given the sloping nature of the site we, and the clients, are very pleased with the finished scheme.

The completed development boasts superb views over the local golf course and was definitely worth the wait.

Mossy Bank

Set in a secluded location within the Amber Valley sits this executive luxury property purposed designed for our clients.

An existing bungalow with a floor area of around 95m² (1005 sq ft) was demolished and replaced with this large property totalling around 600m² (6360 sq ft).

The living accommodation extends over 3 storeys and with a gym in the basement, massive games rooms and two balconies, this is by far the largest and most luxurious house we've ever designed.

We can't wait to take further photographs once the gardens have been landscaped.

Our client bought this site with Planning Approval for a simple 3 bedroom property. Working closely with the Planning Officer we were able to develop the approval into permission for a luxury 4 bedroom property that was sold off-plan prior to completion of the build.

We are particularly pleased with the large open plan kitchen which addresses the extensive rear garden in a manor that the purchasers say 'clinched the deal' for them.

Set within a former quarry close to Belper these 5 bedroom properties all have floor areas of over 290m² (3100 sq ft).

Designed to overcome a raft of planning constraints and neighbour objections this development has proved very desirable with all plots sold before they had been constructed.

Working closely with the developer this is a site of which we are very proud.

Set in a secluded backwater location off the very busy Stenson Road in Derby this development of 3 bungalows was another project where all plots were sold before completion.

Our developer clients are looking for similar sites in the hope that this successful trend will continue.
